Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising - CO Select Campaign is a fan-made modification for the Game Boy Advance that allows players to select any commanding officer on any campaign map. The mod includes adjustments for balance, such as giving Black Hole COs green units to avoid graphical issues. Compatibility is maintained with other modifications that do not alter campaign maps, and the hack is applied via an IPS patch using LunarIPS.
