Mario Kart: Super Circuit - Localized Voices is a patch for the Game Boy Advance version of Mario Kart: Super Circuit. It replaces certain voice clips to align with the localized voice actors from Mario Kart 64. Notable inclusions are Charles Martinet as Luigi and Wario, Leslie Swan as Princess Peach, and Isaac Marshall as Toad. Some clips were modified for length to fit the original audio requirements.
This patch will replace certain voice clips
based on the voice actor differences in the
localized voices of Mario Kart 64.
This game reuses many assets from it's
predecessor, including voice clips
(excluding some such as some of Mario's and
Yoshi's voice being Kazumi Totaka's),
however, some of said voice clips are
exclusive to the Japanese version of Mario
Kart 64, since they were changed in other
releases.
This patch aims to replace those voice
differences with their localized
counterparts, more specifically, Charles
Martinet's role as both Luigi and Wario,
Leslie Swan as Princess Peach and Isaac
Marshall as Toad, as well as replacing the
announcer's "congratulations" voice clip
with Charles as Mario, to match Mario Kart
64's localized voices once more.
As a sidenote, some voice clips were either
trimmed or sped up to fit the original
clips' lenght and avoid a bigger file size.

This patch was tested and appears to work
with clean roms of the American and
European versions, since they appear to be
mostly identical, both emulated in mGBA.
