F-Zero: GP Legend: Track Variation Swap is a hack for the Game Boy Advance that modifies the Grand Prix mode of F-Zero: GP Legend. The hack allows players to access Standard track variations at Expert difficulty and Expert track variations at Standard difficulty, enhancing gameplay options and providing a new challenge for players.
F-Zero GP Legend has two sets of tracks for the Bronze, Silver, and Gold cups. One variation for Standard (Novice too), and a second for Expert. However, Expert also increases the difficulty of the AI, meaning in Grand Prix mode, the Standard variation tracks are locked to the low AI difficulty.
This hack swaps the the Standard and Expert variations in the Grand Prix mode, meaning Standard tracks are playable in Expert difficulty, and Expert tracks are playable in Standard difficulty (Novice too).
