Its release date was July 26, 1991, and it was also made available in Hong Kong. The gameplay involves controlling an animated car, combating enemies by jumping over them, similar to Super Mario Land. The player can sustain a death upon a single hit, which results in a restart of the level. The game offers three lives before allowing continuation or retrying. The in-game car bears a resemblance to a Subaru 360.

The car model used within the game looks very similar to a Subaru 360.
