Final Fantasy Legend II: Delocalisation & Restoration of Final Fantasy Legend II to SaGa 2 is a Game Boy ROM hack that aims to restore and de-localize the game. This modification alters text and the title screen while addressing various bugs. Players are advised to back up their ROM before experiencing potential compatibility issues with modern emulators. The project reflects ongoing technical challenges encountered by the developer.
I've worked on this for quite a bit. It de-localizes everything (to my knowledge) in the game. Not only the text, but the title screen.
NOTE: It seems that modern emulators have problems running this for whatever reason. If you have problems with it, I would recommend trying different emulators. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I no longer have time to work on this due to health issues and other things in my life.
If my health recovers, perhaps I can get back into the world of ROM hacking.
SAGA II Delocalisation & Restoration
I worked for a while on this, and STILL their are bugs. Most have been tested, but you should probably back up your rom before trying this. I had to use some abreviations FYI.
Not much else really, besides the title screen change.
