Pokemon Red Version: Japanese features for International Pokémon Red

Pokémon Red Version is a modified Game Boy game that restores and enhances features from the original Japanese releases of Pokémon Red, Green, and Blue. This hack includes the return of the Super Game Boy subtitle, updates to various graphics, and compatibility improvements with linked trading and battles. It aims to recreate the authentic experience by reintroducing missing text and graphics elements.

This hack restores and fixes some features that were removed or altered from the Japanese versions of Red/Green/Blue

Features:
-Restored the subtitle in the SGB border
-Added a new copyright screen, based on Pokémon yellow
-Fix the "presents" gfx bug where it doesn't appear where it's supposed to
-Restored the drunk old man text
-Restored the original town map border
-Restored the Shop GFX
-Restored the original flashing lights
-Compatibility with Super Gameboy, Stadium 1&2 and link trading/battle

Due to the flashing lights being restored, it can cause some delays when linked to vanilla R/B for battle
