Mashō Denki La Valeur is a role-playing video game developed for the Microsoft MSX2 platform. The primary character, Alan, a swordsman arrives at the village of Flodi where he learns he must rescue Sophia, the village elder's daughter, abducted by monsters into a nearby cave. Following a top-down Japanese format, the game sees Alan embarking on variety of missions, encountering sporadic enemies in turn-based battles, acquiring money and experience, and advancing through an automated level-up system in a linear storyline.
