Dr. Mario: Dr. Lip is a fan-made modification of the classic puzzle game Dr. Mario for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This hack replaces Mario's sprites with those of Lip, a character from the SNES game Panel de Pon. It also updates the virus sprites, highlighting the theme of female representation in gaming. This modification draws inspiration from similar character swaps in other classic titles.
