Dr. Mario: Dr. Mario SSP is a modified version of the original Dr. Mario game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This patch alters the random puzzle generation algorithm and enhances challenge by adding 20 additional viruses to each level. For instance, Level 20 features 104 viruses instead of 84, making it considerably more difficult. However, increasing the virus count beyond certain limits can lead to infinite loops in puzzle generation.
