Dragon Warrior: Dragon Warrior - Doubled is a fan-created modification of the original Dragon Warrior for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Released by Psyklax, this hack enhances gameplay by doubling the experience points and gold acquired from battles. Additionally, it allows for the earning of 16-bit values, facilitating potential adjustments for enemy experience and gold in personalized hacks, while leaving the original game's balance intact.

FINAL THOUGHTS
This is my first "Doubled" hack of JRPGs, where I try to
reduce grinding for experience and money by doubling what
you earn in battles with enemies. All it does is add a
routine that takes whatever you earn in the battle and
doubles it before the game tells you the total or adds it
to your character. Nothing else was changed in the game, so
treasure chests still have the same amount. As mentioned
above, if you want to use this in a hack of your own where
you adjust values, you can now earn more than 255, but you
should make sure you credit me for it if you do.

Not much more to say about this, other than expect plenty
more patches for other games!
