G.I. Joe is an action platform video game released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991. Developed and published by Taxan, the game is based on the popular G.I. Joe franchise. Players control various characters from the G.I. Joe universe, navigating levels filled with enemies and obstacles, with the objective of thwarting the plans of Cobra, the series' main antagonist.
