The Legend of Zelda: GameCube Automap Minus is a ROM hack of the NES version of The Legend of Zelda. Designed for the PRG0 release, it aims to enhance gameplay compatibility with the GameCube Collector's Edition. Key features include the restoration of original text changes, a credits fix, and an Automap function, allowing players to navigate the game without altering its core mechanics.

The PRG0 release of The Legend of Zelda appears to be a popular choice for hacks. Disheartened that staples like snarfblam's Automap Plus weren't compatible with the GameCube Collector's Edition release (which revised the text a bit), presented here is a group of hacks to rectify this. Somewhat.
- Collector's Edition.ips | This ports all the textual changes from the GCN release back to PRG0 to use a base
- Collector's Edition (Alternate Ending).ips | Same as above, but rather than changing "THIS ENDS THE STORY." to a plain "THE END", a minor correction of "THUS ENDS THE STORY." is used instead
- Credits Fix.ips | This replaces the pseudonyms in the staff credits with their actual names
- Automap Minus.ips | A variant on snarfblam's work that removes the additional changes to the core game (i.e., refill speed and increments). Just the vanilla game with a map.
Lastly, and most importantly, Complete.ips combines the last three mentioned above.
NEW in v1.1:
- Classic Mini.ips | An additional patch to be applied overtop of any script modifying patch above. This carries over solely the recent Classic Mini correction of "Penninsula" to "Peninsula"
