2. Apply the .ips patch to a clean Mega Man 2 USA Rom (DOES NOT work on Rockman 2 Japan)

-Known Issues-
1. Wily 5's Wily graphics can get corrupted if you die once while facing him. It is still beatable but it becomes a "NIGHTMARE" scenario visually. I like to think Mega Man gets lured into a bad dream.
2. Sometimes you might hear Quickman's lasers, consider it a side-effect from Mega Man's dreams. They shouldn't hurt you.
3. One of the songs doesn't loop and goes silent but you probably will beat the level/die before it happens. I won't say which one though!
