Mega Man 4: Mega Francesca is a fan-made ROM hack of the original Mega Man 4 for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game features Francesca, a character from Vic Tokai's The Krion Conquest, as the protagonist. It introduces various updates, including graphics, gameplay mechanics, and new features in version 1.1 released in November 2014. Players navigate through redesigned levels and face unique challenges while utilizing Francesca's abilities.
