Metroid: Metroid Blue

Metroid Blue, or Mebluetroid if you don't want to confuse it with Pokemon Blue (Because no, this is not a Pokemon-themed hack!) is a simple yet enjoyable vanilla hack of the original game, featuring a fully-redesigned map, new rooms, new palettes (What would be a vanilla hack without them?) and improvements over the vanilla game. (Most notably, you can pick up both Ice and Wave Beams at the same time and use them combined, and you start the game with full energy every time you respawn like in Metroid99.)

Your goal in this hack is to save Samus's Nachos that have been stolen from her by the Blue Brain Unit on Planet Bluey after the events of Metroid: Operation Execution, and thus in revenge destroy the whole planet and its base of operations.

So if you are looking for a nice and simple hack of the original game that is a bit more on the easier side, look no further and play Metroid Blue today!

Hello! Thanks for downloading Mebluetroid! This is a simple little Metroid 1 hack I made in a couple of days
just to see if I could make a full Metroid 1 hack and hey, indeed I can! I have plans for a better Metroid 1
hack already since this was really fun to do but don't let that discourage you from playing this, this is a
good vanilla hack!

I'd also like to thank Mariofan on the Metroid Construction discord for helping me/telling me how to implement
full life when you respawn, and being able to combo Ice and Wave beam. (So no, don't be scared of picking up
the Wave Beam if you only find it after the Ice Beam, you'll be fine)

Alright, have a good game! If you need a map, I have made a full resolution one although warning, it won't
tell you where items are (Although you can take a pretty good guess in a lot of places)
