Super Mario Bros.: Press the A Button!! is a total conversion hack of the original Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The gameplay transforms into a minigame where players score points by pressing the A button as circles align with a target reticle. The game ends if any circles pass the reticle. It features a new sound engine and updated title screen music, with an IPS file included for patching.
