Added a switch to change weapons by pressing select

Instructions for applying the patch (IPS), search the readme

Use the patch on the Japanese version (Rockman 3 - Dr. Wily no Saigo! (J).nes).

La musica por default es la del Paquete del Rockman 3 Claw.

En este hack he puesto todo de mi y quisiera que tu lo disfrutes tanto como lo disfrut? yo al modificarlo.
