Samurai Shodown

Samurai Shodown is a game set in archaic Japan, revolving around Shiro Tokisada Amakusa who secretly serves the wicked Ambrosia. Unbeknownst to others, Ambrosia has possessed Amakusa, with a goal to plunge the world into obscurity. Players select from 12 fighters, along with 3 additional characters, to combat against Amakusa and accomplish an objective. The game is available for the Nintendo Entertainment System.
