This patch fixes the bug notably known for causing the "Extended 1up Sound Effect". It changes a single instruction (STY to STA) so that the 1up sound effect is correctly masked out by the byte-defined sound effects (e.g. Raccoon tail wag).
Hacking was done by modifying the SMB3 disassembly provided by (captain)southbird.
