Solomon's Key is a puzzle-platform game developed for the Nintendo Entertainment System. In the game, players control a wizard named Dana who must navigate through various rooms to rescue trapped spirits by solving puzzles and overcoming obstacles. Players manipulate blocks to create pathways and eliminate enemies, utilizing strategy and timing to advance through increasingly challenging levels.
This hack incorporates the banner graphics from the arcade version into the title screen to provide a richer look.
It also makes two text changes to the game; fixing the Prinsess room typo and removing the quotation marks from "Solomon's Key" in the end text to provide better spacing.
The hack is fairly complex requiring a rewrite of the drawing routines and data, changes to the nametable and attribute table, new palettes, and new graphics.
