This hack is an adaptation of the lost levels into Super Mario Bros. 2.

----
-It used the Mario Bros. 2 enemies and physics, but the levels and graphics are re skin to look like lost level.
-The hack contain 20 levels from the original and 4 brand new levels which are optional.
-This also includes a new graphic cast of character! Mario, Mama from Doki Doki panic, Toadette and Rosalina join the adventure!
-Since all levels couldn't all be ported over due to limitation, it feature the any% D-4 all-stars level route.
-Levels have a transition in the middle of the level since SMB2 has a 10 screens limit per zone.
The readme goes into more detail about everything.
Before you play:
- This game follows the any% D-4 route from all-stars
- Not going the right way will take you back into the level
- If you get stuck, you can watch a run to know the route https://www.speedrun.com/smbtll#Any_D-4
- You have unlimited lives, unless you are playing master mode
- You can select a character after dying like Mario all-stars
- You can only enter pipes from the right side
- They're now 2 types of coins
- The grass coins are used for the slot machine at the end. (Useful for master mode)
- The collectable coins are reworked cherries, they will grant you a star after collecting 50
- Doors act has checkpoints for levels
- Include a warp zone to access all worlds due to lack of save feature (Readme explains how to access it)

How to patch:
Use a program like lunar ips on the original NTSC prg0 version of Super Mario Bros. 2
Master mode also needs to be patched the same way if you prefer playing that version
Before you play:
- This game follows the any% D-4 route from all-stars
- Not going the right way will take you back into the level
- If you get stuck, you can watch a run to know the route https://www.speedrun.com/smbtll#Any_D-4

- The collectable coins are reworked cherries, they will grant you a star after collecting 50.
- Doors act has checkpoints for levels
- Include a warp zone to access all worlds due to lack of save feature (Readme explains how to access it)
Master Mode:
Master mode is the pre nerf version that I originally made. It has a limited amount of lives, no continues and some of the layout are much harder.
The changes are small in this version, but it's a much harder version of the game due to the limited amount of lives.
Warp zone:
To access the warp zone, go into the first level of the game and run to the left at the start. There a hidden door between the 2 green trees, press up and you should get to the warp zone!
World E (Extra world):
This world is 100% new, each levels have new gimmicks and mix up a lot of smb2 assets with lost level to create a new experience.
But those levels are really difficult, so you can skip this world if you want to.
Known issues:
-Levels needed a transition in the middle, it kills the flows of the game, but SMB2 has a limit of 10 screens per zone. The original lost level can use up to 25
-Some colors are off from the original, it's due to tiles being hardcoded to certain palette. I did my best to make the colors work with the limitation
-Some enemies feel really off to the original, there was no good equivalent for some of them. Custom enemies were planned, but I gave up on that after everything started breaking
-Pipes always take you to the top of the screen, since it's a SMB2 mechanic I built around it.
-The level numbers make no sense. The only way to make this hack happen was to compact many levels in 1. I found no good solution to fixing that
-Ending music is normal :) (Ran out of space for the ending music)
