Adventure Island 3: Tina's Adventure Island III is a player sprite hack for the Nintendo Entertainment System that modifies the original Adventure Island III game. In this version, players control Tina, who replaces Master Higgins as the main character. The hack includes two patches, one for the US and one for the Japanese release, enabling players to experience the game from Tina's perspective.
