Adventure Island: ULTIMATE is a fan-made ROM hack for the Nintendo Entertainment System that enhances the original game with improved color palettes, now closely resembling the Sega Master System version. It features modified sprites from Wonder Boy, eliminates the Takahashi Meijin character, and includes nine challenging levels with additional gameplay options, such as continues after game overs and easier settings in Arranged mode.
