In a recent conversation, Capcom's highly-regarded producer Ryozo Tsujimoto opened up about the much-anticipated title, Monster Hunter Wilds, and its potential release on the newly unveiled Nintendo Switch 2. Tsujimoto noted that since this announcement is fresh off the press, the team will need to take their time to thoroughly understand the capabilities of the new hardware and explore the best ways to utilize it.
“Of course, regarding Monster Hunter Wilds platforms we don't have anything extra to announce beyond what's already out there,” Tsujimoto shared with Gamereactor's Javier Escribano during the interview. “But we're also a bit in the same position as everyone else with Switch 2: it’s such a new announcement, and we would need to take our time in the near future to know exactly the nature of the hardware and how we'll use it best, and that's something that's going to be in the future for us.”
