Inspired by Pokemon Emerald: Complete Hoenn Dex Edition, this hack of Pokemon Black and White aims to allow the player to complete the entire Unova Pokedex without trading while making a few slight modifications meant to improve the overall experience.
Overall, this romhack offers:
- The ability to evolve Pokémon that normally can do so through trade without needing to actually trade (check the readme for their new conditions).
- All version exclusive Pokémon being obtainable in only one game (mons exclusive to White Forest have been distributed through Unova's postgame areas in both versions).
- Slighly early encounters for Cubchoo, Shelmet, Durant and Heatmor compared to vanilla Black & White, as well the possibility to get Zorua as soon after beating the first gym.
- The chance to obtain the evolved forms of Mienfoo (Mienshao), Vullaby (Mandibuzz), Rufflet (Braviary), Pawniard (Bisharp), and Deino (Zweilous) in the wild before the postgame, all infamous from having a high evolution level requirement to evolve, not unlike how later Pokémon games from Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon onwards have handled these mons.
- New battle backgrounds/domes ported and tweaked straight out of the game's sequels, Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.
- Movepool and TM additions added in Black 2 and White 2 for Unova-native Pokémon (ie. Aqua Jet for Beartic, Kling's family & Wild Charge, etc.), as well a few additions for some Pokémon which lose the ability to learn a few moves upon evolving.
- New animated menu icons for every Pokémon when viewed in the Teams menu or the Pokedéx that are heavily based on the sprites they use in Gen 6 & 7.
- Many trainer changes that account for these changes which overall do make the game's main story difficulty slightly more challenging than vanilla Black and White.
- Other miscellaneous tweaks.
Please check the readme for more details on all the changes.
The hack can be patched with XDelta, which can be found here: https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/598/

;;;;;;Q&A;;;;;;;
--Q:How many Pokémon can you catch overall?
A: Somewhere aroun 416 Pokémon, considering the hack allows you to get Keldeo, Meloetta & Genesect and all the version-exclusive mons in one game.
--Q:Where's Victini? Why didn't you add it in a wild area just like the others?
A: Mostly because he's already catchable in an event-only area that can be accesed by inserting Liberty Ticket's Wondercard manually via PkHex.
For more info in the matter please check the following link: https://projectpokemon.org/tutorials/save-editing/using-pkhex/importing-wondercards-r29/
--Q: Why does this version no longer comes with the anti-piracy patch?
A:
* 1. The games don't work on Nintendo DSi-like hardware with it.
* 2. Modern emulators and software from DS/DSi/3DS flashcards already have ways around the game's anti-piracy, so you shouldn't be able to find any issues playing the game unless what you're playing it on is very outdated.
--Q: Is this hack compatible with vanilla Pokémon Black and White saves?
A: Yep. Just make sure they have the game's save file is the exact one the rom uses and it should load it with no issues as long its also an EN version save file.
--Q: How do I know the patch did anything to my game?
A: There are 2 quick ways to know:
* 1. When starting a new file, the first Pokémon battle should properly illustrate the area you're on with a smooth round-ish platform rather than the block-ish one original Black and White uses (a similar idea applies to other backgrounds).
* 2. If you're playing on an old/ported save file, open the Teams menu. If the icons your Pokémon team use looks any different and more accurate to their artwork, then the patch worked.
--Q: I didn't like how you did "X"/ I found an oversight/ there's something it could have been done better/a battle triggered a blue screen of death/my Pokémon can't gain EXP for some reason/and more.
A: Feel free to send me a PM. This is my first Pokémon romhack I've released, so any sort of feedback and criticism is highly appreciated.
