Adventure Island II is a side-scrolling platform game developed by Now Production and published by Hudson Soft, released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991. This sequel to Adventure Island features entirely original gameplay, distinguishing it from the first game which adapted the Wonder Boy arcade title. It is the second entry in the Adventure Island series on the NES.
