Dead to Rights II is a third-person action video game developed by Widescreen Games and published by Namco, released in 2005 for the PlayStation 2. Serving as a prequel to the original Dead to Rights, the game explores the backstory of protagonist Jack Slate and his canine companion, Shadow, as they confront crime in a dark urban environment. A related title, Dead to Rights: Reckoning, was released for the PlayStation Portable the same year.
