Dynasty Warriors 5 is a hack and slash video game developed by Omega Force and published by Koei, released for the PlayStation 2. It is the fifth installment in the Dynasty Warriors series, drawing on the historical narrative of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms by Luo Guanzhong. Players control various characters to battle enemies and engage in large scale conflicts set in a richly detailed depiction of ancient China.
