Mushihimesama is a bullet hell shooter developed by Cave, originally launched in arcades in 2004 and later ported to PlayStation 2 in 2005. The game features an insect theme with enemies inspired by various insects within lush forest settings. A revised arcade version, Mushihimesama Version 1.5, was released in 2011. The title was followed by a sequel, Mushihimesama Futari, in 2006.

It received a sequel in 2006, known as Mushihimesama Futari, and a spin-off iOS game entitled Mushihimesama Bug Panic.
