Twisted Metal: Head-On – Extra Twisted Edition: Music Fix is a fan-made patch for the PlayStation 2 version of Twisted Metal: Head-On. This modification incorporates assets from the Ultimate Cheat Edition, enhances the music tracks to align with the PSP version, and includes notable changes to in-game themes, improving the overall audio experience. Installation instructions are provided in the accompanying ReadMe file.
This patch for Twisted Metal Head-On for the PS2 will not only add the assets from VitaAwl's Ultimate Cheat Edition, but will also replace some music tracks so that the experience becomes closer to the PSP one.
Features:
- Adds Ultimate Cheat Edition assets
- Replaces the Bonus Game theme with Vampire's Teeth, the original final boss theme.
- Replaces the Big Blue Stadium theme with Disaster Proof, meaning if you destroy the band after letting the cutscene play as normal, the song will restart. (This also means that you will hear the song in Challenge Mode!)
- Replaces the Big Blue Stadium Revisited theme with the Big Blue Stadium theme, so at least you have something else to hear once Disaster Proof finishes playing.
- Replaces the Twisted Metal Lost themes with unnightcored versions (They now sound how they originally sounded like in Twisted Metal Black)
Installing instructions can be found in the ReadMe file.

How to install:
0) Download Delta Patcher and an ISO of Twisted Metal Head-On Extra Twisted Edition with the correct information.
1) Open Delta Patcher.
2) Press the folder button in Original File, and select the ISO of the game.
3) Press the folder button in XDelta Patch and select any of the two xdelta files that you got when you extracted
the zip file (If you are installing the mod on a vanilla copy, use the "Vanilla.xdelta" file. If you are updating
the mod, use the "1.0 to 1.1.xdelta" one).
4) (Optional) Just in case, press the options button and select backup original file.
5) Press the apply patch button and wait for the patch to be installed.
6) If it says "Patch applied succesfully!", then the patch installed correctly. If it tells you the patch
couldn't be applied correctly, then something happened, like you may have the incorrect ISO or your version of
Delta Patcher might be an older version than the one used to create the patch (I used version 3.0.1 if it helps)
7) Run the game with an emulator like PCSX2 or try to burn it to a DVD for use with a real PS2 and enjoy!
