The National Basketball Association (NBA) was the first licensed basketball game released on the PlayStation Portable. It includes all of the actual NBA clubs and six teams from the National Basketball Development League. Furthermore, it consists of the most prominent players in the game at the time. The game modes include a paintball-style method called The Color-the-court Challenge, a 3-Point competition, Season Mode, Mobile (where players compete head-to-head via wireless), the Playstation Skills Challenge Mode (a series of mini-games), and a 3-Point competition. Additionally, there is a 3-Point competition. Further, it includes motion-captured animations of the best players when the game was released.
