SaGa Frontier: SaGa Frontier - Alkaiser Improvements

This hack allows Alkaiser to gain stats and learn gun techs and magic when transformed. Note that he will gain stats slowly because stat gains are based on your current stats and the RaySword he equips when he transforms grants large bonuses to all stats.

Credit goes to Zaraktheus for creating the code from which this hack is derived, and to Vehek for working out where it is and that the file in which it's located is compressed - research that he freely contributed.
