Citizen X

Strategy

Citizen X is a notably unfinished Sega CD title developed by Digital Pictures. Initially slated for release in February 1993, this side-scrolling action game incorporated a multitude of full-motion video scenes. Despite never receiving an official launch, a near-complete prototype surfaced and was informally circulated commercially by Good Deal Games in 2002.
