Detonator Orgun is a Sega CD game revolving around an alien entity, Orgun, with enhanced abilities and advanced weaponry. Escaping his species, Orgun arrives on Earth looking for his roots. On Earth, he partners with a human adolescent, Tomoru, to protect the planet from the Evoluders, a civilization intent on annihilating others.
