SoulStar is a 3D shoot ‘em up video game for the Sega CD. It amalgamates various types of gameplay, with elements reminiscent of Space Harrier or Star Fox. Some stages follow a fixed route, while others provide free roaming in a 3D setting. The player's spacecraft can also morph into a walker robot for melee combat during certain levels.
