This is a hack of Double Dragon for the Sega Genesis. It fixes two problems of this port. It reduces the walking speed of enemies to make the game much more like the arcade game. Also, throwable objects such as cardboard boxes and barrels will not break after two throws. The value of throws was set to FF (255) so they should never break during normal gameplay.
These changes make the games much more enjoyable and fix two major flaws of this port.

Version 1.1 tightens the screen scrolling when walking right and also reduces the frequencies of attacks from enemies to less annoying levels.
==V 1.2==
Version 1.2 removes the frequencies of attack portion of the hack as it makes the enemies practically braindead.
==V 1.3==
This comes with two patches. One without the screen scrolling patch, and one with it. There is a bug in the screen scrolling patch which is explained in the readme. This is why the feature is now optional. Also, the screen scrolling also works when going left, not just right.

This patch slows enemies down to speeds similar to how slow they move in the arcade
game. It also sets the value for number of throwable items to FF (255) making it
unlikely to have throwable items such as rocks and barrels break in normal gameplay.
IPS patch should be used on a Sega Genesis ROM in BIN or GEN format.
Version 1.2 makes the screen scroll right from the middle of the screen rather than
the edge of the screen.
Version 1.3 comes with two patches. One Patch does not change the screen scrolling
and is ultimately the same as 1.1. The other patch has a screen-scrolling altering code
that follows the character more closely. The screen will scroll while the character
is in the middle of the screen, not at the very edge. This helps prevent from cheap attacks
from enemies whom you don't see in time to get out of the way. There is a drawback
to this patch tho. The screen will no longer lock and you can scroll all the way
through the stage if you want. The enemies will still follow you and will lead to slowdown
when they all reach you. Use at your own risk.
