Sonic the Hedgehog 2: Sonic 2: Fair Fight

This is a very simple romhack that adds 4 rings to the start of Death Egg Zone. The game expects you to be able to defeat the final boss in one try with no rings, which is very frustrating and difficult, but now it's a 'fair fight' as you get a few rings to make it more manageable. No more one-hit deaths! Enjoy! Refer to the readme file for more information.

==Information==
This is a very simple romhack that adds 4 rings to the start of Death Egg Zone. I always found it frustrating that
the game expected you to defeat a pretty difficult boss in one go with no rings at all, so I decided to add just
one final touch to the game to make it a 'fair fight'. It definitely makes the boss less infuriating. Enjoy!

==Patch Installation==
The patch is in IPS format. To install it, use a patcher program such as Lunar IPS, and apply it to your Sonic 2
ROM file. Your Sonic 2 ROM must be in .bin format for the patch to work. If your Sonic 2 ROM is .smd format, you
will need a program to convert it to a .bin file. You can easily find a program like this just through Google.
