It introduces characters from Street Fighter II, including Dhalsim, Ryu, Guile, and Ken. The game features an air combo system allowing aerial attacks and modified movesets for each character, enhancing gameplay and combat dynamics.

This hack is a special edition of Streets of Rage 2 - The World Warrior (https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/4875/). An alternate palette is used to distinguish from the previous edition. It features the fighters from "Street Fighter II - the World Warrior" as playable characters. They are Dhalsim, Ryu, Guile and Ken.
Air combo is enabled. Players can hit the enemies in the middle air to deliver more damage.
