Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3: Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Balanced Edition

This hack seeks to balance the game's full roster. Some characters received new techniques, Scorpion tp forward, Subzero mk2 ice clone, Sektor can run tp after pop up combo, Noob Saibot was nerfed, Sheeva and HSmoke were added, infinite combos removed, added 3vs3 mode, anti-lag applied and much more!

ROM must be in bin format, to apply patch

Version 1.0 of the game, is practically 80% finished

combo damage has been changed, medium and double damage protections applied, sheeva buffed is faster but her damage was reduced, hsmoke her damage nerfed to not be top tier like in arcade, sub zero mk2 has clone of ice, sektor can run tp after pop-up combo, sindel can cancel punch jump / fly kick with flight, smoke was nerfed (recovery slower after throwing harpoon, if invisible and you hit him during that technique, no can turn invisible for 6 seconds, mileena can roll after a 4 hit combo, sai has a new command back forward + x (as in mk9) kung lao spin hits instantly, kabal's damage is nerfed, liu's damage kang increases, kano his recovery is faster has new combos, jade was improved in many aspects, kitana the fan compared to the original does not activate double damage protection, medium protection is activated, noob saibot no longer has infinite reset or combo , sc orpion the forward teleport was added, the whole rooster was modified
