Phantasy Star: Phantasy Star Makeover is a ROM hack for the Sega Master System that revamps the original game by redesigning numerous sprites, particularly in futuristic towns. Notable changes include replacing the church with a clinic and altering the names of certain buildings. The hack also incorporates the Phantasy Star CSI v1.2 and features artwork inspired by the PlayStation 2 title Phantasy Star Generation 1.
