Black/Matrix is a tactical role-playing game developed for the Sega Saturn, released in Japan on August 27, 1998. The game features a unique blend of strategy and storytelling set in a dark fantasy world. It was later remade as Black/Matrix AD for the Sega Dreamcast in 1999 and Black/Matrix Cross for the Sony PlayStation in 2000, both introducing enhanced graphics and additional content.
The original Black/Matrix title was released August 27, 1998 for the Sega Saturn console in Japan.
