Donkey Kong Country 2 - Diddy's Kong Quest Default to Stereo Patch v1.00

This patch was created after user "singhtruer" mentioned on the romhacking message boards that Donkey Kong Country 2 always defaulted to Mono. This simple patch changes the game so that it now defaults to Stereo.

Special Notes:
* US/EU versions default to mono, while the JP release defaults to stereo.
* In all versions of the game, the menu/save screen music stereo mix sounds wrong. There is an echo effect in the track that seems to be at 100% volume on the left channel and 0% on the right. In mono mode the volume sounds correct.

Patch made using bsnes debugger and a hex editor.

Until user "singhtruer" mentioned this on the romhacking message boards, I had
no idea that Donkey Kong Country 2 defaulted to Mono sound.

This simple patch changes the game so that it defaults to Stereo.

Notes:
For some reason, only the US/EU releases are affected by this, and the Japanese
version is Stereo by default. However, in both that version, and this after being
patched, it seems the menu music behaves a little strange in Stereo. If you
listen closely, the echo effect on the horn sounds like it's 100% volume in only
the left channel, and absent in the right channel. No idea why this is the case.

(On that note, if you're familiar with coding for the spc700, I feel like fixing
this track would be pretty easy, just average out the volume for this channel
on both left/right channels. Or maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about...)
