Dragon Quest V is a role-playing video game released for the Super Famicom in Japan in September 1992. Developed by Chunsoft and published by Enix, it is the fifth entry in the Dragon Quest series and the second part of the Zenithian Trilogy. Notably, it was the first game in the franchise that did not see a release outside Japan due to technical challenges.
