Final Fantasy III: Edgar's Bazooka

This patch changes the Air Anchor to the Bazooka, a Tool that hits the entire enemy party for heavy damage. Intent is to give Edgar more tactical options in the lategame when his other Tools decline in usefulness. The Bazooka has a power of 200 but does not ignore defens - it's essentially a beefed-up Auto-Crossbow.

This patch does not change the ways in which the Air Anchor/Bazooka can be acquired, just its functionality.

Version 2 features a better-looking Bazooka, properly animated missile projectiles, and optimizations to the coding.

This patch is intended for a non-headed V1.1 rom of Final Fantasy III.

This patch changes the Air Anchor to the Bazooka, a Tool that hits the entire enemy party for heavy damage. Its power is 200 but it does not ignore defense. Intent is to make it very powerful and useful, but not overpowered - it's essentially a beefed-up Auto-Crossbow. literally, I changed the Hex for the Air Anchor effect to use the Auto-Crossbow's instead.

The graphic effects for the Air Anchor have been changed. All other changes (targeting, sound, speed of attack) were made in FF3usME.

Some hex editing was done to remove the Air Anchor's normal effect.
