Shin Megami Tensei if...: Gender Equality is a fan-modified version of the Super Nintendo role-playing game. The modification removes the HP penalty for female protagonists and eliminates gender restrictions on equipment, allowing for more equitable gameplay. The patches for HP and equipment are separate, compatible with both Japanese and English fan translations, provided in correct versions.
