If Life 3 gets cast on an Undead enemy, it will not usually revive them because Undead enemies do not get revived by Life spells; they get killed by them. However, Undead enemies do automatically revive themselves when struck by weapons that kill with an "X" animation. Then Life 3 would kick in, even though the enemy is still technically alive, and kill them. This patch exempts all Undead enemies from any effects of Life 3 spells.

PURPOSE:
The Life 3 spell is unique...and AWESOME! It's basically a proactive version of Life. Get this: you cast it on a LIVING character, and then it waits until the character dies before reviving that character. Whu-WHUT! It's an easy way to practically ensure that you can't lose...but for as amazing as it is, it also has a glitchy side effect.
A few weapons in the game, including the Assassin, the Striker, the Trump, the Doom Darts and the Wing Edge, have the effect of sometimes auto-killing their target. If that target happens to be an Undead enemy, it always works...ish, but then the enemy immediately revives itself because of its innate immunity to instant death. Thing is, though, Undead enemies also die instantly if Life is cast on them...meaning that if an Undead enemy with Life 3 is killed by one of those weapons, it'll die, then revive as expected...but then Life 3 will kill it. This isn't supposed to happen because the enemy is supposed to technically still be alive. This patch fixes the behaviour by preventing Life 3 from triggering on an enemy killed under these specific circumstances.
