Secret Of Mana: Restore Unused Fanfares

Secret of Mana: Restore Unused Fanfares is a patch for the Super Nintendo that restores two previously unused fanfare tracks in the game. The first fanfare plays upon receiving the Sea Hare's Tail, and the second activates when acquiring the Moogle Belt. This enhancement enriches the gaming experience without replacing existing music, as the new tracks are added to areas with non-unique fanfares.

This patch adds the missing fanfare music back into Secret of Mana.

There are two unused tracks in the ROM:

- Unused fanfare 1: Now played when receiving Sea Hare's Tail.
- Unused fanfare 2: Now played when receiving the Moogle Belt.

The Sea Hare's Tail sidequest is a good spot to insert the missing music because none of the original fanfare music played is unique. So this isn't replacing anything that isn't already played elsewhere.
