Rise of the Phoenix

Rise of the Phoenix is a strategy game for the Super Nintendo, where players assume the role of either Liu Bang or Xiang Yu during the tumultuous period of the Qin Dynasty. The objective is to conquer cities across China by building armies and managing resources, including taxation in captured territories. Players can compete against the computer or challenge a friend in head-to-head mode.
