Mighty Morphin Power Rangers – The Fighting Edition: Select all characters in story mode

This patch allows select all characters in Story mode and simplify Ivan Ooze cheat in Vs mode pressing any button + Start. Exist another optional patch to apply minor buffs balance for low tier characters: tiger megazord, silverhorns and shogun megazord.
