Super Mario World: The Ninji Saga is a hack of the original Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo. This rom hack features an eight-level adventure from the perspective of a Ninji, a lesser-known enemy from the Mario franchise. Players navigate various challenges, showcasing impressive graphics and assembly design reminiscent of modern titles. The game balances difficulty, offering a fun experience overall.
A short yet sweet adventure from the perspective of one of those jumpy little guys from SMB2. Though its only 8 levels long, its still very fun, and the ASM and graphics are superb, similar in style to that of Super Mario Odyssey. It can be a challenge in areas, but is moderately easy as a whole. Worth checking out.

is my first ever ROM Hack release, and I wanted it to be a bit different. So I decided
to tell a little story from the perspective of one of the more easily forgotten enemies
from the Mario series. This was a load of fun to put together, and I hope you enjoy it!

2. How To Install

Installation is simple. First, get a US v1.0 SNES rom of Super Mario World. For obvious
legal reasons I can't tell you how to get one here, but it's not like it's hard to find.
Now, get Lunar IPS from www.zophar.net. Run it once, then double click the IPS file.
Choose a existing, unmodified Mario World rom as mentioned above, and patch!
Pretty easy, huh?

3. Known Issues

- The object thrown by the other Ninji in the final battle has glitched graphics, and
unfortunately I can't fix that without bugging other graphics. Don't worry about it,
the object is just a coin, and not something fatal.
- The other Ninji doesn't animate when walking at the end of the final battle. Bleh.
